BASE Training and Physical Therapy utilizes evidence-based manual therapy techniques, state of the art modalities, and therapeutic exercises in all of our treatment programs.

Your physical therapy initial evaluation and subsequent treatment may include:

  • A thorough neuro-musculo-skeletal evaluation with periodic revaluations

  •  Functional movement analysis for activities of daily living, gait, balance, running, or sports specific     movements

  • Postural analysis

  • Soft tissue mobilization

  • Joint mobilization & manipulation

  • Dynamic traction for active decompression of the spine

  • Therapeutic & Corrective exercises

  • Core stabilization program

  • Therapeutic modality treatments including low level light therapy, cold laser therapy, iontophoresis, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation

  • Pilates training utilizing the Pilates reformer 

  • Therapeutic activity utilizing the SMARC machines

  • Home exercise program & Patient education on symptom control

  • Kinesio-taping for pain and muscle facilitation & inhibition
