Anthony graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2012 with his Bachelor of Science in Human Development. He earned his certification for Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2014. Anthony likes to stay active by playing basketball, softball, bowling, and snowboarding.
Melissa has obtained her Associate Degree in Health Science from Los Angeles Mission College. She has plans to continue a career path to be Paramedic. Melissa loves to keep active in her free time by enjoying both indoor and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and volleyball.
Jasmine is currently enrolled in a Physical Therapy Assistant program and her long term goal is to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Jasmine became a competitive gymnast at a young age, which instilled her love for fitness. In her free time, Jasmine participates in CrossFit and provides adapted fitness personal training for the special needs community. Aside from fitness, Jasmine loves to travel and try new places to eat.
Dr. Arielle Levy, PT, DPT graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013. After working as an aide and volunteering in many different physical therapy settings, she went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 2017. Her clinical interests include working with individuals with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, always emphasizing an active approach to care and patient education. While in school, she furthered her passion and experience by teaching exercise classes for people with Parkinson’s Disease and regularly volunteering at an orthopedic clinic for those without health insurance. Her other professional interests include global health and has participated in organizations like CU Peru, where she developed and taught healthcare curricula to health workers in the Peruvian Amazon. In her free time, Dr. Levy enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and rock climbing. She has always danced on competitive teams and is now trying to improve her salsa skills. Dr. Levy is excited to share her passion for movement with her patients so they can achieve their functional goals.
Monica Lin, NSCA-CPT discovered her passion for health and wellness at a young age through her involvement with basketball and track and field. After obtaining her BA in Psychology from Cal Poly Pomona in 2003, Monica used her education to explore the benefits of fitness on overall mental health. She studied Fitness Training at UCLA Extension in 2004 and worked as a personal trainer on a popular reality television series. Monica's work as a Physical Therapy Aide further fueled her interest in working with people to achieve their physical health goals. Monica prioritizes creating an individualized plan for each person that embraces their body type and specific fitness goals. People of all ages, genders, and fitness levels are able to benefit from her training programs. Monica trains at Level 2 in Krav Maga, the official self-defense and fighting system of U.S. law enforcement agencies. She is an avid runner, and has competed in various marathons and half marathons over the last 10 years.
