During our Sports Recovery Treatment, you will spend the first part of the treatment using the Game Ready Products on one specified body part. Game Ready integrates intermittent pneumatic compression and cryotherapy to reduce pain and swelling, reduce muscle spasms, enhance lymphatic function, encourage cellular oxygen supply, and stimulate tissue repair. Following the Game Ready Treatment, you will receive Cold Laser Therapy on one specified body part. Cold Laser or Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a treatment that utilizes specific wavelengths of light to interact with tissue and is thought to help accelerate the healing process. It can help eliminate pain, swelling, reduce spasms and increase functionality.
