At BASE Training and Physical Therapy, we believe in the prevention of injury and falls through the improvement of your Balance, Agility, Strength, and Endurance (BASE). Current research has shown that many age-related illnesses and disorders can be prevented by maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle by including consistent exercise. 


Our Wellness Program is directed towards adults who would like to improve their overall health and fitness within a safe and age-appropriate environment. This exercise regimen will consist of both aerobic and anaerobic protocols to comprehensively improve your Balance, Agility, Strength, and Endurance.
