Myofascial Decompression

Myofascial Decompression treats connective tissue disorders and injuries by increasing the mobility of the soft tissue layers that make up your muscles and fascia. The application of negative pressure with suction cups improves space between the soft tissue layers of your muscles, and allows for smooth gliding between the muscle fibers. This improvement in your fascia helps with treating injuries due to muscle strains, ligament sprains, and overall poor movement patterns.

Myofascial Decompression (MFD) is the only treatment in manual medicine that is decompressive in nature. The negative pressure forces allows for increase in space in the musculoskeletal system for improving tissue gliding and mobility.
